30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Unused Items)

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The product is returned in clean, resellable condition

  • All original components and packaging materials are included

Items that meet these criteria are eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on their condition upon return. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Important notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We may request photos or require the item to be returned for inspection before approving the refund


Used Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used items. Any product showing signs of use, wear, or contamination is not eligible for a refund.


Returns in Unsatisfactory Condition

If a returned item is opened but shows signs of damage, missing components, excessive handling, or is not in resellable condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return, based on the condition of the product after inspection.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your Shimi bottle arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In these cases, we’re happy to offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund, including shipping

We may request photos of the issue to help us improve quality control.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and inspected:
