Shimi Return Refund Policy
At Shimi, we care deeply about the health, safety, and satisfaction of our customers. Our mission is to support formula-feeding parents with the highest quality baby bottles—delivered with confidence and backed by care.
Used or Opened Items
Due to the nature of baby feeding products, we do not accept returns of used or opened items. Once the packaging seal has been broken, the product cannot be restocked or resold for health and safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
Returns on Unopened Items
If your Shimi bottle is unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns are eligible for a full refund (excluding original shipping handling).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returned items must arrive in unused, resellable condition.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your Shimi bottle arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.
We may request a photo of the issue to help us improve our quality control.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
